PAWS (Promoting Animal Welfare and Services) is a non-profit, student volunteer organization within the Center for Community Outreach at the University of Kentucky, dedicated solely to the welfare of animals. As part of the Center for Community Outreach, we strive to educate the public by breaking down the walls of discrimination of “bully" breeds and by taking a stand against Breed Specific Legislation through community awareness events.

 

It is our mission to positively impact the lives of any animals in need by providing volunteers, educating the public, and advocating for those without a voice.
